I was recently asked to capture the moment when a lovely young couple became engaged.  Andreas wanted to surprise his girlfriend Christina so convinced her he had arranged a portrait shoot for them both.  On the first location, as agreed I stepped back and peered in as Andreas dropped on one knee and popped the big question and thankfully Christina said yes :) It was a really special moment to be able to capture for them, one which I think I was more nervous about than the groom to be was!!
 

They had selected Cannon Hill Park, Birmingham for the location, a special place for myself also having grown up in the Birmingham Suburbs.  The park holding many childhood memories of sunny days spent with my family as a child and a place I now frequently visit with my children.
